1. Nature of the Server

This is an unofficial private server maintained by fans. We have no affiliation with NetDragon or TQ Digital. The use of the original client is the player’s responsibility.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Playing after changes implies automatic acceptance of the new conditions. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

3. Minimum Age

The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. Players under 13 are not allowed. Parents and guardians should supervise usage.

4. Code of Conduct

The following actions are not allowed:

• Offensive, racist, or threatening language
• Spam, flooding, or advertising
• Pretending to be a staff member, GM, or administrator
• Harassment, defamation, or doxxing
• Selling accounts or items for real money (RMT)

Penalties: warning → mute → temporary ban → permanent ban.

5. Account Security

The player is fully responsible for the security of their account and password. We do not recover accounts compromised by user negligence.

6. Hacks, Bots, and Exploits

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats, bots, trainers, or modifiers
• Exploiting bugs to gain advantages
• Duplicating items or resources

Result: immediate and permanent ban.

7. Donations (Voluntary)

Donations help keep the server online and cover operational costs. They are not purchases.

• Non-refundable
• Do not guarantee item availability or permanence
• VIP items may be removed in case of wipes

8. Maintenance and Wipes

The following may occur:

• Maintenance with or without notice
• Total or partial wipes
• Instability caused by failures or attacks

We do not restore items, EP, or progress.

9. Intellectual Property

Eudemons Online © NetDragon/TQ Digital. We use material under the fair use principle for non-commercial, community purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

The server is provided "as is", without guarantees of stability, availability, or data recovery. Use is at the player’s own risk.

11. Server Closure

The team may shut down the server at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

12. Monitoring

We collect data (such as IP and HWID) for security and cheat detection. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

13. Indemnification

The player agrees to hold the team harmless from any liability arising from improper use of the service.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in local courts.
